When it comes to skin care, many people rely most on herbal recipes as they are purely natural and safe of side effects. Herbal skin nourishing lotion renders glow and health to your skin. Herbal lotion is prepared by mixing four essential oils i.e. sesame oil, lemon oil, neem oil and coconut oil in a certain proportion. It fully nourishes your skin by fulfilling its nutrient requirements. You can prepare this lotion once and can store it in a jar for daily use.

Skin Care Ingredients
Sesame Oil – Sesame oil, also called gingerly or til oil, is vitamin E rich oil that’s anti-oxidant and anti-depressant properties work for releasing stress of skin tissues and cells. Because of its penetrating property it gets absorbed deeply inside your skin making it soft and smooth.
Coconut Oil – It keeps your skin moisturized and renders it desired softness.
Neem Oil – It works for the restoration of lost elasticity of skin by healing damaged skin cells and by releasing stress of stressed cells.
Lemon Oil – Lemon oil or cedro oil works for removing dead cells from your skin thus keeping it free from any kind of dirt and germs.
Preparation
Mix ½, ½ cup sesame of coconut oils and ¼, ¼ cup of neem and lemon oil and stir the mixture well to blend all the ingredients thoroughly. After thoroughly blending, preserve the lotion in a jar and keep at cool place.
Application
First, thoroughly cleanse your neck and face using a homemade cleanser or face wash. Now, take 1 tbs. of prepared lotion and ½ tbs. water on your palm and rub it in between your palms after thoroughly mixing it. Now apply it on your face and neck and massage the skin softly with index and middle fingers of your hands for 2-3 minutes. The lotion will get fully absorbed in your skin making it soft and smooth.
Night time, just before you go to bed for sleeping, is the ideal time for using this lotion because it finds enough time (whole night) to get utterly absorbed in your skin and exercising its effects over it.
